           In accordance with Policy #1230, privilege of the floor will be extended at this time to any person

  in attendance. The time allowed, protocol and procedures are outlined in the “Welcome to a      meeting of the Scotia-Glenville Board of Education” brochure

 

4.     Budget Items Requiring Board Action, if not finalized at the March 30, 2009, Board of Education   Meeting

 

           a.      Final Review and Adoption of 2009-2010 Budget

 

                      Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education submit the following                               proposition   at the Annual District Election on May 19, 2009:

 

                      RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District be                 authorized to expend the sums set forth in the total amount of $_______ during the 2009-                             2010 school year and to levy the necessary tax therefore.

 

 

The Board may adjourn to Executive Session in order to discuss matters relating to personnel and/or real property.
